Our Overall Service
Joe (the sales Rep) was professional when we first met. He helped me and was able to work with the insurance company to pay for the roof aside the deductible.

Sales Process
Like everything else you have a beginning, middle and an end. The Sales Rep did a fantastic job in the beginning but the middle which was the roof job for one I live in Virginia and I expected him to show up when the job started (15 Jun 2020) and he never showed all day. He was suppose to arrange for a dumpster and no dumpster the 1st day. He was supposed to get a permit from the city as we discussed on the contract and did not. I was inconvenienced, he placed the dumpster on my driveway and I had to park my RV on the street for 3 days. Not good. Then when the roof job was done the sales Rep (Joe) was nowhere to be found just to talk and send me on my way. The I realized the reason he didn't get a permit for the dumpster is because he wanted to use it as a leverage. He wanted the dumpster on my driveway so he can keep it there until I payed the deductible amount. That was low on his part. I had the check ready to hand it to him but again he didn't show up.
Our Installation Crew
The roof project went too fast. Always rush, rush. I was told the city inspector would inspect the work mid-way of the project but no-one showed. So whether they did a good job or not I don't know. Again, according to the sale rep (Joe) he had indicated to me that a city inspector would inspect the roof mid-way and that did not happen. We will find out if the roof was done right when we have a. Little rain and wind.
The Cleanup Process
The first day we had no dumpster so no trash was removed from the back yard. For the next two days there were trying to catch up. After the crew left we were still finding nails on the street.

The sales rep was articulate in working with the insurance company and was able to have them pay for the majority of the cost and I only paid my deductible. That is not what other companies were offering even though they were 1K less than the Built Right's price.our service area
