Very professional and customer focused.

The call rep was always very cordial and knowledgeable.

Matt was always responsive to all our questions and calls and answered or explained everything to our satisfaction. And he scored a home run with us when he informed us that our homeowners insurance would most likely cover the roof replacement because it was necessary due to storm damage rather than normal wear and tear. His advice saved us a substantial amount of money. In fact, he was our first scheduled sales person and after he finished his presentation we had no doubt that Built Right was the way to go. I called and canceled the next two sales calls.

When we returned home on Sunday the job was complete but the entire front and back yards were covered in debris from the old roof because the dumpster hadn't been delivered. Due to heavy winds a lot of the debris blew down the street. The dumpster arrived Monday morning and shortly thereafter 2 incredibly hard working guys from Built Right showed up. It was a bitterly cold and very windy day, but by the end of the day the entire yard and the street were free of any roofing debris.
