This home owner's house is a perfect example of what can happen when your roof is damaged of storms. Harsh, powerful winds ripped several shingles clean off their roof. These missing shingles led to leaks inside the house. That means the roof wasn't able to protect the inside of the house and it certainly wasn't visually appealing with all the missing shingles. Bottom line, they NEEDED a new roof.

Thankfully, the home owner saw a Built Right Home Solutions sign in the front yard of a happy customer they had just built a roof for and gave us a call. The team offered the perfect solution for their situation. Built Right contacted their insurance company for them by filing a claim for the roof and got them to pay for the home owner's new one. Since the damage was the result of strong winds, the insurance company agreed to pay for the roof. This saved the home owner thousands of dollars. Then Built Right installed the new roof for them.  We stripped the roof of all existing shingles, replaced the rotted plywood, used felt paper underlayment for protection against leakage, and installed a new roof with new Tamko architectural shingles.  We also put in 3ft of ice and water guard around the edges and valleys of the roof to prevent future ice damming as well as used galvanized chimney flashing to ensure no leaking would occur there. In the end, the home owner got a great new roof for a price they never thought was possible. Built Right does jobs like this all the time!
