A resident of Seymour had a roof clearly damaged in a storm. Ruthless winds had ripped a few shingles right off their roof. If their roof wasn’t repaired or replaced then it is possible that more shingles would get blown off this old roof and this would eventually lead to some serious leakage inside the home!
Luckily, a Built Right employee saw the missing shingles as they were driving by. The rep talked with the homeowner and told them about the service we offer to people who are missing shingles. He told the homeowner that we can talk to their insurance company and get them to pay for a full roof replacement because the missing shingles were the result of storm damage. After hearing that, the homeowner agreed and we filed the claim for them with the expertise of our public adjuster. As expected, the insurance company agreed to pay for a new roof and then we installed it. The team stripped the roof of all existing shingles and replaced the whole roof with Autumn brown Tamko architectural shingles. The homeowner was very thankful that the Built Right employee saw the damage when he did!
