This homeowner in Naugatuck was clearly a victim of storm damage. Powerful winds had ripped several shingles right off their roof. If their roof wasn’t repaired or replaced then they were looking at the possibility of leakage inside their home.
Fortunately, a Built Right representative saw the missing shingles as they were driving past their house. Our rep talked with the homeowner and told them about a completely free service we offer to people with missing shingles. He explained that we can talk with their insurance company and get them to pay for a full roof replacement because the missing shingles were the result of wind damage. After hearing what we could do for them, the homeowner agreed and we got to work. As we thought, the insurance company agreed to pay for the full roof replacement and the last thing we had to do was install the new roof. We stripped the roof of all existing shingles and replaced the whole roof with Tamko architectural shingles. The homeowner loves the new roof and loves the fact that they didn’t have to spend a fortune on it!
